Starry Night Nails

Hey everyone! Happy Friday! Today I have a super cute nail art design for back to school, or for any occasion! These are mostly for the Pretty Woman's 'Back to School' launch they will be having on all of their social media, Monday August 25th. When thinking of design to do I truly didn't want to do the typical "back to school" nail art design. Let's face it... it's a little cliche.
Back to school is not about pencils and rulers, everyone has their own unique style. So I wanted to do something different. Yesterday I swatched two amazing polishes from Pretty Women nail lacquer (reviews here). While thinking if a design, I guess you can say, the polish shade was a sort of inspiration.

Mani Swap: Simple Nails

 **Nothing to Disclose**
Hello everyone! Happy Friday! Hopefully all of you, wonderful readers, have a lovely weekend!  I really don't have much planned but for sure will be spending time with my family. So for today's post,  I am really excited to show you guys a mani swap I did with the talented ladies, Daisy and Rathy from Petite Peinture.

Well in this case it was just Rathy, who chose my vintage floral design I did last year for Revlon (originals on top and recreational on the bottom).  She did such a beautiful job, I honestly can't stop looking at them. They are definitely one to follow (social links on the bottom ;).

A Cats Love

Hey everyone! I have a super sweet and special nail art today, and it's all about cats! A few weeks ago Christine from Simply Nailogical gathered us cat loving ladies to create a special nail art together on this sweet collaboration for Cassie from @cassgooner.
Two weeks ago Cassie lost her dearest cat Milly, and as a cat lover and owner myself, I couldn't wait to create something special to show my condolences. For the design, I wanted two loving kitties looking at the sunset on a field, and loved how it turned out

Mani Swap: Metallic Gradient Stripes

Hello lovelies! I'm super excited for today's post, I was honored to do a mani swap with one of my favorite IG nail artist and swatcher Ruby from @rubyrominaa. I've admired her nails for along time and I was very happy that she accepted to do these with me.
Her swatches and nails are always flawless and incredible to look at! For the swap, she choose my black and white stripes floral design and when I first saw her metallic gradient design I knew I had to recreate it.

Pinkiful Plaid

Hello, everyone! Woohoo it's Friday! Although were still in winter mode, I can't wait for spring to come. And when thinking of spring, pastels are always the go to shades. So when thinking of a nail art design to do, my very first thought were plaids.
Normally, plaids are always done during the Fall, so why not brighten it up a bit. Now there are tons of plaid nail art tutorials out there. But I thought to share you guys, how to accomplish this look, by doing a tutorial: here. These were super easy and fun to do, hopefully all of you guys like them!

Family Tree

Hey everyone! Today I have, sort of an inspirational nail art, for you guys. I've had this specific picture saved for a while now, ever since I saw it on Etsy. It was so cute how the two birds were looking at each other on the tree. It reminded me of that little teasing song, the kids in school will be singing, whenever you had crush on someone.
I even loved how the bottom tree trunk had all the assorted splatters. Which I wanted to incorporated on the design. I thought it will make the design look different and pop. Especially the dotted leaves, love dotticures! ;)

Happy Three Kings!

Hi Guys! Sorry for not posting for a while, but every blogger worst nightmare is when they find out their computer is not working. Luckily it's now fixed and ready for rumble. So today I wanted to post up my nails I did for this special occasion: The Three Kings Day. On every January 6th my family and I celebrate the day the Three Kings arrived to see the newborn king.
I'm not going to get all religious, but it's simply a tradition my family and I love to celebrate. The best part is I will be getting three gifts for the year... I know! Anyway, I was browsing online and stumbled by this lovely photo of the Three Kings and wanted to recreate. So let's get to it:

O' Christmas Trees

Hello everyone! Hope all of you had wonderful weekend! I can't believe how close were are for Christmas, it's definitely been a quick. Anywho, I can honestly say that this holiday is definitely my favorite. There are so many nail art ideas and soo little time to do them. So I've been splitting most of my nail art on Instagram and Tumblr.
Makes it easier for me to talk about the one's I've done already. So for today I have another wallpaper inspired nail art. I was browsing online again and saw this really cute wallpaper (or I believe it was a card...I don't know), however, I knew I had recreate it for my nails. So here they are:

Alphabet Nail Art Challenge: F for Floral

**Purchased by Me**
Hey everybody! I can't believe it's going to be September already, 2013 flew by so quickly (well that's how I feel)! Anyways, here is my ongoing Alphabet Nail Art Challenge: F for Floral. To be honest, I actually did these few weeks ago. Right now my nails are naked and I'm giving them a little break. Poor nails does need some care time! However, here's some upbeat nail art for you.
I wanted to do something different when it came to florals. Lately, I've seen the typical colors done and I wanted to branch out a little bit. So I was combining colors together and realized the purple and orange really looked cute together. Don't you?!

Born Pretty Store: Floral Water Decals Review & Tutorial

**Products Provided **
Hey Everyone! I have a review for you today! Today's post is all about water decals from Born Pretty Store. They sell tons of nail art supplies that are affordable to all. This is actually the first time I'm trying out water decals. I have to admit it's super easy to use, especially when you don't want to do a time-consuming nail art.
These specific transfers come in one packet of stickers with 20 different designs. The decal's I choose are black floral nail water decals, which you can find here (D256). These are little different from the other decals they sell in their store, you can actually paint them! Which is pretty cool!

I absolutely love this color combo, don't you? I'm beginning to become obsessed with Indie nail polishes, there are so many, its difficult to choose one.
So last week I decided to purchase Polish Me To Go polishes, I've heard some many great things about them & seen the beautiful colors they have to offer.
