Simply Nailogical gathered us cat loving ladies to create a special nail art together on this sweet collaboration for Cassie from
@cassgooner.
Two weeks ago Cassie lost her dearest cat Milly, and as a cat lover and owner myself, I couldn't wait to create something special to show my condolences. For the design, I wanted two loving kitties looking at the sunset on a field, and loved how it turned out
I began by applying two coats of OPI
Alpine Snow as the base, for the gradient. On a makeup sponge I layered, Bettina
Flip Flops, Super Black
The Majestic AAspire Nail Lacquer
Cruz and OPI
Need Sunglasses.
To seal the gradients I applied a thin coat of top coat. Once the polish was completely dried, I free-handed the silhouette with black and grey acrylic paint and detail nail art brush.
Lastly, I sealed the design with H K Girl Top Coat, that's it! Overall I loved how these came out! I really enjoyed being part of this collab. As animal lover and losing two pets myself in one year, I know how difficult it is to cope with the loss, as they are part of our family
