31 Day Challenge Day 20: Water Marble Nails

Hey everyone! Hope all of you are having a wonderful Saturday. I normally wouldn't post on this day, but since I am trying to keep up with this months challenge, I really wanted to try water marble nails. Now I can honestly say I rarely do water marbling, because they are just to complicated for me. 

 However, I always end up wanting to perfect it, even after tons of nail fails. And what do you know it's almost Fall everyone! I love this season, more than summer haha! So to pay homage for this wonderful season, I've decided to use some Fall like shades.

The colors I used for the design is Bonita Salon Golden Warrior and Dark Knight. Now that I had the colors I wanted to use, I first prepared everything I needed for the water marbling. Over the past few times I've tried this technique, I realized it's always important to prepare everything you need, especially when doing some nail art designs. 

 Here are a few important watermarbling tips you will need: 

1.  I find it is best to do these in a long plastic cup, however, 
2. Water must be room temperature. Bottle water would be best, but you can also use the water facet, not hot and not cold.
3. Any polishes will do (and yes glitter polishes can be used ;) Just as long they are not thick. Brand new polishes works best.
4. The most impost this is trial the polishes you have and PRACTICE!

Once that was set I added the two colors on the water, and formed the marble by use my Artistic Nail Design Marbleizing Tool Kit. Lastly, I sealed the design with H K Girl Top Coat, that's it! They even would look incredible matted! I really didn't want each nail to look the same, so I was really happy with the results. They look so cool this way, and unique on each nail.
