Hellooo everyone! Well as you can see from my post today I'm hoping for spring. Ugh! We were fooled yesterday for some snow (which never happened to fall); I managed to stay home and relax to do some nail time. So I was browsing threw my favorite cake blog: The Cake Blog and saw this beautiful cake design.

It was absolutely beautiful! I thought to use it for my next nail art inspiration. I love creating florals! I think is among one of my favorite things to do, along with leopard and galaxy prints (and of-course dots! ;). And of-course I totally had to used Floss Gloss for this design (obsession!). Any who lets get to it:
Now on the photo, it looked a little busy to me. So I wanted to keep it simple, by creating the floral accents on three nails. To start, I applied two coats of Floss Gloss Black Holy. I think one of the reasons I love this brand soo much, is how quickly it dries (which is sooo important to me) and their super bright colors.
Once the polish was completely dry, with a dotting tool, I added small dots; I used Floss Gloss Con Limon. I then choose to create the florals on the following three nails. I wanted the florals to be different and bright, and for the shades to compliment each other.
I started off by adding the red roses, using a nail art brush, with Floss Gloss Gangsta Boo. Then I added accents on the roses with Floss Gloss Black Holy and Perf. Floss Gloss Perf, was used for the pink flowers. For the yellow florals, using a dotting tool, I mixed OPI Need Sunglasses? and Alpine Snow, together on an aluminum foil. I then added leaves using Floss Gloss Con Limon.

Lastly, I sealed the design with Duri- Super Fast Dry Through Top Coat, that's it! I don't know how many times I say this, but this is by far my favorite design. I can't stop looking at it! I for sure, need more practice on the florals; but I'm actually happy with them.
