Revlon Parfumerie Swatches & Review

 Hi guys! Today I have some swatches for you from Revlon Parfumerie Collection, which smells like perfume. Cool huh! Normally the scent of regular polishes can be a little overwhelming. Some are very strong and others are't noticeable. I can honestly can say that I don't care much for the scents, just for the shade. So it's pretty genius of Revlon to create a line of polishes that smells beautifully. 

The scents can range from Fruits & Florals to Sweet & Spice. At first I wasn't sure about it, obviously since this fairly new for me. However, once the first coat is applied to the nail, the fragrance will hit your nose at first whiff. So here are the beauties:

Spun Sugar: is a creamy sliver metallic shade, with a few specs of gold and sliver metallic shimmers. The consistency of the polish was a little thick, but it's manageable. It definitely left a few brush strikes, but the color is amazing. 

 I really didn't notice the sugar scent at first, but after awhile it had a hint of sweet and spicy to it. At first the scent was a little bit of overwhelming, but once I applied it to the nail it was pretty nice.This is two coats for full coverage, with top coat. 

Wintermint: is a shimmery metallic sea green with small round blue glitters. The consistency is little runny but its manageable, which make the glitters to comes out of the bottle easily and easy to apply. I know one thing, it definitely reminds me of Deborah Lippmann's Mermaid Dream. 

Although it's less shimmery and the coloring is a little lighter. Most of all it really smells like peppermint! Seriously, the scent of this polish is a lot stronger than Spun Sugar. Which is perfect for the holidays! This is two coats with top coat. 

With the combination of scents, I was in the mood for a holiday theme nail art. I've created a half moon and snowflakes nails. Just a littler fair warning in case you purchase these, be careful about sniffing your nails in public...hehe! :)

Overall the polishes were very pretty and actually smelled good. The bottles were soo cute and different from all the regular bottles out there. You know purchase these beauties on your local drugstore for $6.00 each.
