Rocksbox: Premium Jewelry Subscription Box Review + Star Nail Art
Hey everyone! Hope you guys had a wonderful weekend! It's such a beautiful day today, it's finally feeling like spring. So for today's post I have a super fun nail art design and some jewelry to match with it. A few weeks ago, I was offered to review a premium jewelry subscription box called Roxsbox.
Roxsbox offers a variety of jewels for you to wear each month, and of course it's your very own personal stylist. With Roxsbox you
can experiment with different looks, discover the latest designers,
wear new pieces all the time, and only buy the jewelry that you truly
love. Easy peasy!
For as little of $19/ month Roxsbox will send you 3 pieces of designer jewels, based on the style quiz you complete. When the package arrives they will provide to you with information on the designers and when the discounted prices will be, if you purchase them.
Once they arrive, you also have several different choices:

prices. I will show you the 3 pieces I received below.
- Like the pieces Roxsbox
sent, but don’t want to purchase them? You can wear pieces up to 60
days with no obligation. Return them with the postage paid envelope and Roxsbox will send you 3 new pieces as soon as they receive them from you.You can return the pieces, to RocksBox ,as often as you want. You’re not limited to 3 pieces
per month, which I really like that.
- Don’t like the pieces Roxsbox
sent you? No problem. Return them in the postage paid envelope and
they will send you 3 new pieces as soon as they receive your package
back. Don’t forget to complete the post card they sent with the box to
give them feedback. They use this feedback to send you pieces that only
fit your style.
Now for the nail art, honestly I'm not much for jewelry, but I was fascinated with the star bracelet (shown on the picture above and below). Which of course was my inspiration for this design. It's truly one of my simplest and favorite designs.
For this look, I fist started by applying two coats of Bonita Colors Golden Florence (part of their new summer collection, reviews coming soon) and Cirque Colors Memento Mori. Once the polishes was completely dried, I then added a few stars, using a detail nail art brush, using acrylic paint.
I then added a few golden dots over the black base, using a doting tool, with Golden Florence. Lastly, I sealed the design with H K Girl Top Coat,
that's it! I absolutely love how these came out, super fun to wear and to look at, especially easy to do!
