Bestie Twin Nails: Snowman Pattern Nails

Hey everyone!  It's Friday and I hope all of you guys have a wonderful weekend! For today's post I'm super excited to show you guys my nails, especially since they're Bestie Nails with my newly favorite nail artist Katy from @cottonconey. She is definitely one to look out for...I mean seriously!

This is actually her very first bestowed twin nails, and I'm completely honored! When Katy and I were sharing some ideas first our bestie, she had the perfect pattern to use...snowflakes (inspired by a wallpaper she had saved.

Aren't they just adorable! I absolutely love how these came out! We even thought to use the same polish from Kiko Cosmetics 389 Mint Milk. I only wished my polished photo wasn't soo bright.. lol! 

For this look, I applied two coats Kiko Cosmetics 389 Mint Milk as the base. Once the polish was completely dried, using a small to tiny dotting tool I added a few dots for the snowman shapes. It truly simple really, just a steady hand for the small dots. The trick I used for the tinny tiny dots I used a toothpick. 

I then added the hands and nose using a stripping brush, with black and orange acrylic paint. Once that was set I then added a few snowflakes around the snowman pattern. Overall I really loved how these came out! It is the perfect design for December and I'm so glad I did these with Kat from @cottonconey. I highly recommend to follow her she is truly talented.
